This Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin tested a Russian SVD sniper rifle during his visit to a training camp in the Ryazan region, where he oversaw combat training for mobilized soldiers.
Putin, wearing glasses and headphones, fired several shots from the weapon and checked the soldiers’ readiness to carry out tasks in the area of the Russian special military operation.
In turn, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu informed Putin about the combat training course for mobilized combatants in various military specialties, as well as on inter-unit coordination.
The Russian president visited the firing complex and inspected the mobilized classes in tactical, fire, engineering and medical training.
