They investigate a teacher in Spain for recording his 12-year-old students in their underwear for a decade
A judge in Móstoles, in the Community of Madrid, is investigating a private school teacher who is accused of recording his 6th grade students in their underwear, from between and 12 years , for a decade.
Apparently, the teacher, who worked as an art teacher, made the students use his office alleging that there were air conditioning problems in the locker room, and there took pictures of them while the girls were changing their clothes to go to Physical Education class.
The investigation began in June, when a neighbor of the teacher in the municipality of Villanueva del Pardillo, accidentally found a digital storage device inside which he discovered the images of the minors.
The man handed over the device to the Civil Guard, who identified the girls, by the distinctive of their clothes, as students of the Virgen de Europa school, in Boadilla del Monte, also in the Madrid region, according to Cadena Ser.
Released with precautionary measures
The magistrate in charge of the case ordered the Record of the professor’s office whose identity has not been disclosed, where a computer was seized and is still being analyzed.
The defendant, who was brought to justice and released with precautionary measures, is being investigated for a crime of possession and production of pornography childish. He must appear periodically before the court and is prohibited from approaching the educational center in question and other school premises.
So far, around a dozen families of the affected girls, although it is expected that more will appear throughout the instruction.
