British rapper Rayal Eastwood, whose stage name is ‘Champaz’, has been imprisoned along with two other people for running a huge heroin and cocaine trafficking empire, according to local media reports.

Eastwood, aged 38, used the EncroChat encrypted network to organize large drug sales operations in Birmingham and London. He presented himself on social media as a singer, rapper, and producer of dancehall music. He even boasted of having worked with several legends of the genre to produce his first single in the 2018.

The authorities confirmed that Eastwood and Two other people used the telephone messaging service, which they believed offered clandestine conversations that the Police could not trace, to organize meetings and to be able to supply psychoactive substances worth between 33.100 and 40.100 British Pounds (41.462 Y 44.824 dollars) to other users of the platform in London and the South East of England.

Eastwood was arrested on 10 in July last year at his home on Oxhill Road, Birmingham. Police seized 44.950 GBP cash, an Audi A5 Quattro and a BMW X6. The rapper was sentenced to 16 years in prison by Birmingham Crown Court.
