The air alert sirens have been activated this Thursday in the city of kyiv and the province of the same name, local authorities report.

The local military administrations also reported air alerts in the Kirovohrad, Poltava, Cherkasy and Odessa regions.

Later, local media reported that the air alert was decreed throughout the territory of Ukraine.
