Putin orders the creation of a Special Coordinating Council
The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, ordered this Wednesday the creation of a special coordinating council that will be led by the country’s prime minister, Mikhail Mishustin.
As detailed the president, vice presidents, representatives of the administration of the president and ministers of the Russian Government will be part of the council.
“The council will include deputy prime ministers, representatives of law enforcement, the socio-economic bloc of the Government and the presidential administration, as well as the State Council, which will allow interaction with all regions of the country,” Putin declared during the Security Council meeting.
The Russian president regretted that the kyiv authorities refuse to recognize the results of the referendums held in the Donetsk regions, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhie, recently joined the country, and reject “any negotiation proposal.”
“On the contrary , bombings continue, civilians die. The neo-Nazis use frankly terrorist methods: they sabotage vital facilities, they organize assassination attempts on representatives of local authorities,” Putin denounced.
“Like their ideological predecessors, the followers of Bandera, accomplices of Hitler”, the Ukrainian authorities intend to make clandestine banditry prosper, “by sending sabotage groups to our territory”.
