The mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, announced on Monday that the process of recruiting soldiers within the framework of the partial mobilization has concluded in the city.
The mayor declared that the objectives established for the Russian capital “have been fully met.”
The partial mobilization in Russia was announced by President Vladimir Putin at the end of September. The country’s Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigú, specified that it was planned to recruit 300.000 reservists.
