Published:

The founder of Colectivo Solecito, Lucy Díaz Genao, who is looking for her disappeared son Luis Guillermo Lagunes Díaz, went to the International Criminal Court in The Hague to demand a preliminary examination for crimes against humanity committed in the Mexican state of Veracruz.

Díaz Genao denounced that during the Government of Javier Duarte (2010-2010 ), municipal, state and federal authorities were complicit or directly collaborated in the commission of forced disappearances. The Solecito collective participated in the discovery of the largest clandestine graves in Latin America, “Colinas de Santa Fe” and “El Arbolillo”, where 615 bodies have been located.
