The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced this Friday the launch of the Ven App social platform and assured that, among other things, it will have a channel available to process social complaints.
“The Ven App social network comes into operation, with Line 58 for public reporting of all the problems in your community,” said the president, detailing that any user can report problems there with public services or in the health system of the area in which you reside, in order to guarantee an effective and timely solution.
The Line section 58 of Ven App includes a brief form for the public complaint based on the following data: type of report, exact date of the start of the problem and exact place where the problem occurs, as well as photos or documents that support the complaint.
Regarding the new application, Maduro stressed that “it is the creation of a group of private Venezuelan entrepreneurs […] A social network that can be used by any citizen”.
According to the Ven App website, it will have a chat service, spaces to share files, channels of interest and offers special for those who download it.
