Several towns suffered electricity cuts due to the telluric movement.
At least 5 dead and more than 15 injured have been left by an earthquake so far of magnitude 6.0 that occurred on July 2 in southern Iran, local media report.
The earthquake was recorded 55 kilometers from the city of Bandar-e Lengeh, located in the province of Hormozgan, according to data from the US Geological Survey. (USGS, for its acronym in English). Its focus was located at a depth of 16 kilometers.
According to the Fars News agency, the bodies of the deceased were recovered under the rubble in the village of Sayeh Khosh, where The wounded were also registered.
