A fire broke out this Wednesday at an electrical substation in the Russian city of Belgorod.

The governor of the region, Viacheslav Gladkov, reported that there were power outages in the city. According to the official, a transformer at the Yújnaya substation was switched off due to an overload.

Gladkov indicated that emergency teams are already working on site to overcome the consequences of the breakdown.
